Wood Pellet  Line:

The main processes of pellet making includes:

1.Crushing/chipping (to make coarse material to be smaller pieces)

2.Grinding (to make small pieces to be right size of raw material before pelletizing)

3.Drying (to get right moisture of raw material before pelletizing)

4.Pelletizing (to press raw material into pellet)

5.Cooling (to cool down the output pellet and remove some moisture)

6.Sieving (to remove the dusts and crushed pellets)

7.Packing (to package the pellet into the bag of required size).

Above are for standard complete wood pellets line of the capacity 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ton/h till 10T/H, Some processes are alternative and adjustable according to actual raw material and requirement of users. The bio-mass pellet can be made from any type of Wooden waste such as Forestry wastes; lumber leftover; Saw dust; Wood Chips, and any type of Agro stuff such as Groundnut shell; Sugarcane Biogases; Caster Shells/Stalk; Coffee Husk; Paddy Straw; Sunflower/Cotton/corn Stalks; Tobacco waste; Mustard Stalk; Jute waste; Bamboo Dust; Tea waste; Wheat Straw; Palm husk; Soybeans husk; Coir Pitch Barks/Straws; Rice Husks and so on.

The required Moisture of raw material for pelletizing is Less than 12+/-5%, grain size is below 5*5mm.
